    Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Role Summary:

    Responsible for day-to-day accounts receivable duties, and general accounting and clerical duties to support the Finance Department. Will oversee the process of collecting payments from our company’s customers. The main responsibilities for this role include posting payments and managing customer accounts.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Receive, sort and process accounts receivable checks and wires daily, bringing discrepancies and any other issues to the attention of the customer or supervisor
    • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
    • Manage collection efforts and associated functions
    • Communicate with customers via phone, email or mail
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Provide support for internal and external audits

    Education/ Experience/ Skills:

    Accounting Associate

    Role Summary:

    Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of daily invoicing, general accounting and clerical duties to support the Finance Department. Will oversee the process of invoicing our company’s customers. The main responsibilities for this role include posting invoices and ensuring all payments are recorded properly.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Review accessible system reporting to determine all invoices processed successfully, bringing discrepancies and any other issues to the attention of the customer or supervisor
    • Process credit requests
    • Respond to inquiries from customers or merchant services

    Purchasing Assistant


    SUMMARY:

    We are actively seeking a Purchasing Assistant to focus on our fast-growing custom and key customer businesses.

    Reports To:

    Product Lifecycle Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the purchasing process from order placement to shipping logistics
    • Partner with Customer Service Team and suppliers to process purchase orders related to custom/key account sales orders.
    • Monitor process of POs communicate with Customer Service Team throughout production process, as necessary.
    • Verify accuracy of quotes and acknowledgements from vendors.
    • Advise larger organization of delays and backorders.
    • Communicate inventory position and needs between purchasing office and suppliers
    • Organize shipping from vendor to end customer. Work with shipping company and customer service to facilitate seamless logistics.
    • Review and approve supplier invoices
    • Assist with other purchasing department functions as needed.

    Education/ Experience/ Skills:

    • Minimum 1-year relevant experience - purchasing office experience a plus
    • Proficient in MS Excel/Word
    • Ability to multitask with good time management skills
    • Have a strong sense of urgency and a high level of accuracy/attention to detail
    • Able to prioritize and make decisions in a timely manner.
    • Desire to grow, take on new responsibilities and establish yourself on a team.
    • Experience with SAP/Tableau a plus.

    Operations Analyst


    SUMMARY:

    The Company has numerous initiatives underway to support strategies for growth and to drive operational efficiencies. The Operations Analyst is a key player in delivering on the operational initiatives that will improve process, reduce cost and provide greater transparency to operational and financial metrics. The analyst collaborates with department leads to identify and specify business/systems requirements and process improvements and partner with IT. The individual will perform feasibility and cost/benefit analysis as it relates to the projects in order to drive business decisions. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining operations metrics, including cost, quality, and service levels. While the role reports into the Finance department, the incumbent will work closely with the CEO and other leaders as each project requires in a matrixed organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the planning in the development and implementation of warehouse management system, inventory processes, and item setup.
    • Assist in review of warehouse business processes, or other department as deemed appropriate, to document current state and partner with teams to identify recommendations for improvement.
    • Recommend and update SOP’s to improve performance and assist in roll out of changes.
    • Analyze processes, data and information to identify areas of opportunity.
    • Works closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.
    • In partnership with Director of Warehouse and Finance, develop, manage and publish operational KPIs to improve tracking of activities in the warehouse and measure productivity, cost and service levels (UPH, CPU, on-time, etc).
    • Use KPI learning to assist in making warehouse staffing recommendations.
    • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements as needed.
    • Collaborate with all departments to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms.
    • Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments where needed.
    • Provide support to the Director of Warehouse and Finance department as needed.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Director of Warehousing to help coordinate staffing schedule and maximize resource allocation and propose enhanced systems to improve logistics efficiencies.
    • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
    • May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week as business needs require.
    • Perform other job duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient with spreadsheets, analysis and reporting

    Product Data Analyst


    SUMMARY:

    An exciting opportunity if your passion is process, data warehousing, reporting and analytics. Role will be responsible for developing and maintaining both departmental and corporate business intelligence reporting. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, understanding data analysis needs, to provide actionable reports, dash boards and analysis. In addition, this role will be tasked with building BI planning solutions incorporating both ERP and external data.

    Reports To:

    Product Planning & Forecasting Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Tableau report building, monitoring, and maintenance to include:
    • Executive and Corporate dashboard development, using Tableau/SAP to translate data to actionable dashboards targeting multiple audiences.
    • Review and enhance existing reports, metrics, and analytics to best align to user needs.
    • Data validation/maintenance/monitoring as needed in conjunction with system and end user.
    • Adhoc report creation and seasonal reporting as needed
    • Special projects including the Incorporation of the Planning Process into Tableau using both SAP and external data fields/tables:
    • Planning files
    • Demand planning
    • OTB process
    • Operational lead and super user for the Planning and Forecasting Department to include process improvement, level 1 support, training, and act as a liaison with process owners, other super users, and the IT team. This includes:
    • Identify improvement opportunities and change management within the team
    • Provide first level support to end users for all Planning and Forecasting processes and systems
    • Creates and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide training
    • Liaison with process owners, other super users, and IT communicating and documenting business requirements, coordinating and executing testing efforts, and providing sign-off for systems initiatives
    • Participate as core member of Data and Integration Steering Committee to include planning, analysis, design, development, training, and testing activities. Become in house expert offering reporting solutions to align with business strategies.
    • Work in identifying best practices in both Tableau and SAP to insure accurate and most consistent data points. Help drive programming needs and efficiencies across both systems.
    • Understand troubleshooting and resolutions related to metrics and analytics.
    • Responsible for product style set up and maintenance, data integrity, and governance.

    Education/ Experience/ Skills: :

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3+ years of Retail/Wholesale product planning focused experience working with Tableau (or similar BI) software both visual and not visual practices, principles, and technologies.
    • Experience with data visualization methods and ability to tell a story with data.
    • Ability to collaboratively work and liaison between IT and User groups.
    • Able to build strong relationships with a diverse group of business partners.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills are required.
    • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, general knowledge of SQL, SAP experience a plus.
    • Possess excellent organization and time management skills, with a strong sense of urgency and a high level of attention to detail.
    • Must be organized, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
